Set within tropical landscaped grounds, the Columbia Beach Resort combines luxury and comfort within a traditional Cypriot setting. This coastal property lies between the towns of Paphos and Limassol, near the ancient historic site of Kourion. Petra tou Romiou, which is believed to be the birthplace of the ancient goddess Aphrodite, is also close by. Guest accommodation consists solely of super-sized suites, all attractively furnished with carved wooden furniture and decorated in restful neutral colours. Marble bathrooms enhance the feeling of elegance with the majority benefiting from separate shower and bathtub. Each of the 169 suites features a private balcony or terrace offering views over the sea or hotel gardens. Barbeque meals and gourmet Italian cuisine can also be enjoyed. Chilled refreshments are readily available in the choice of bars located on the beach, by the pool and in the main hotel building.
