We are currently hiring Customer Relations Agent
Our award winning Travel Company is recruiting for 2 Customer Relations Agents to work in our Kyrenia Call Centre.
Communication with our guests is the most important aspect of the role, so we will only consider native English speakers, that also have a high standard of written English. A natural sunny attitude, together with a professional and calm approach would be a winning combination for our team!

Reporting To:
Customer Relations Manager
Working Days/Hours:
5 days a week on rota Monday to Saturday
Hours 11am - 7 pm & 10am - 6pm
Start Date:
As soon as Possible

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Servicing and logging incoming calls from all queues for all brands
- Running daily reports to administrative Web Bookings
- Make amendements and additions to booking contract accurately and methodically
- Logging and Inform all departments and suppliers of changes
- Manage cancellations accurately and methodically
- Taking payments and issuing refunds
- Servicing and logging the customer service inbox
- Emailing customers in an efficient, gramatically correct and polite manner
- Making outbound calls to customers for an information or feedback purposes
- Liaising with all departments and suppliers to provide speedy resolutions
- Complaint handling and escalations
Qualities:
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good time management skills, an ability to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines
