We are currently recruiting a Product Administrator
We are looking for a responsible, confident and ambitious Product Administrator to join our Product Team and to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate must have both excellent written and verbal English skills and be available to work on a full-time basis. We expect the chosen candidate to start immediately.
Job Role:
- Working with the Product Manager and Product Team to set up all new product ranges in the travel technology system to support the new product introduction process in line with project timescales.
- Working with the Product Manager and Product Team to update existing product ranges in the system to support the Sales Team
- Support the Product Manager with the monthly product, sales and comparison reports
- Track new products and updates with the existing products
- React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the Product Manager and Production Team
- Ensure all new data entered into the system is accurate and consistently formatted
- Work with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Services Teams to discuss continuous process improvement and support
Qualities:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good time management skills, an ability to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines
- It would be advantageous if you have worked in a similar role as above mentioned fields or have related-experience

Monday to Friday (11am - 7pm)
Saturday – Half Day
