Ready for the good news?

It’s official. All remaining Covid travel measures are scrapped as of 13th June 2022! Cyprus (both North & South) has opened its borders with no entry restrictions, that means it's time to get packing!

No More PCR Tests

Pre-departure PCR/Antigen tests are no longer a requirement to fly to Cyprus!

No More Vaccine Checks

Whether you are vaccinated or not, it is not necessary to provide your vaccination status upon entry to Cyprus. Cyprus entry requirements are the same for all travellers, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

No More Quarantine

All quarantine procedures have been removed, so enjoy your stay with a peace of mind!

No More Masks

As of the 1st of June, masks are no longer required in enclosed places in Cyprus, moreover, social distancing measures have been lifted.

No More Entry Forms

No entry forms are required upon entry to Cyprus anymore. Also, the Passenger Locator Form previously used on the return to the UK has now been scrapped.

No More Categorisation System

The country no longer has any country category restrictions in place. Everyone is free to travel!

Refund Credit Notes (RCN's)

Existing RCN's - already issued RCN's with an expiry date of 30/09/2022

In conjunction with ATOL and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) it has been decided that existing Cyprus Paradise issued RCN's (refund credit notes) have been extended until 30th September 2022. Your refund credit note can be used towards the cost of a new booking departing anytime up to & including 31st December 2022 and must be redeemed before 30th September 2022.

When will I receive my refund if my holiday has been cancelled?

As soon as our suppliers have issued your refunds we will then process your refund as soon as possible or before the expiry date of your RCN (Refund Credit Note).

When am I able to use my RCN up until?

Am I able to amend my holiday if I am unable to travel?

You can amend your holiday, however you will need to pay any differences in flight costs / accommodation costs, as well as an administration fee of £50 per booking. Selected Turkish Airlines / AnadoluJet bookings can be amended up to 30 days before departure free of charge.

What happens if the airline cancels the flights before I am due to travel?

If the airline cancels your flights, you can receive an RCN to rebook for a later date, or if you are unable to travel at a later date, you are entitled to a refund.

What happens if the UK government change the category whilst I am in Cyprus?

Depending on the length of your stay in Cyprus, the government should give warning before changing the category. You may be able to claim from your travel insurance in order to come home early, or you can contact our Customer Services Department for further information if this situation arises.
