API Information for Airlines

Please use the following information to log in on the British Airways website. Click on the "Manage" link at the top of the page.  Please ensure you have all the following details:

Booking Reference:

• This number is not your booking reference given by Cyprus Paradise.
• It is a 6 digit number and letter mixture, an example is 5PVSW6.
• You can view this on your invoice next to your name or obtain it by phoning the call centre. You may have a separate PNR for inbound and outbound or one PNR for the return journey.

Surname:

• This is the lead surname on the booking.
• Sometimes you may have two booking references on the booking, please check the surname opposite the booking reference.

Please choose the tab that says ‘No, someone else made the booking’. Please use the following information to log in on the EasyJet airlines website. Please ensure you have all the following details:

Booking Reference:

• This number is not your booking reference given by Cyprus Paradise.
• It is a 7 digit number and letter mixture an example is EPVSQW6.
• You can view this on your invoice next to your name or obtain it by phoning the call centre you may have a separate PNR for inbound and outbound, or one PNR for the return journey.

First Name and Surname:

• This is the lead surname on the booking.
• Sometimes you have two booking reference on the booking please check the surname opposite the booking reference.

Please use the following information to log in on the Jet2 airlines website. Please ensure you have all the following details:

Booking Reference:

• This number is not your booking reference given by Cyprus Paradise.
• It is a 6 digit number and letter mixture, an example is EPVSW6.

• It is 8 digit number, an example is 456789321.
• You can view this on your invoice next to your name or obtain it by phoning the call centre. You may have a separate PNR for inbound and outbound or one PNR for the return journey.

• This is the lead surname on the booking.
• Sometimes you may have two booking references on the booking, please check the surname opposite the booking reference.

Travel Date:

The date you will leave the UK.

Please use the following information to log in on the Wizz Air website under "Check-In & Bookings". Please ensure you have all the following details:

Confirmation Code:

• This number is not your booking reference given by Cyprus Paradise.
• It is a 6 digit number and letter mixture, an example is 5PVSW6.
• You can view this on your invoice next to your name or obtain it by phoning the call centre. You may have a separate PNR for inbound and outbound or one PNR for the return journey.

Please use the following information to log in on the SunExpress website. directly via SunExpress or via a SunExpress agency with access to the SunExpress booking system, you can log in with your booking or e-ticket number and your name.
via a Tour Operator, please make sure that before you enter any details in the online check-in screen, you first click the „Tour Operator“ tab at the top of the screen. Kindly have the tour operator reference number handy and enter your flight number, the departure and destination airports, surname, first names and departure date.
