best. Every year we assess the performance of our
suppliers and only maintain links with those that
have achieved the standards we insist upon. The
end result of this continuing process is a package holiday
of a standard way above that offered by other operators

For many of our clients, a prospective holiday to Northern
Cyprus is not only an interesting and exciting proposition,
but also one that could seem a little daunting. Information
is limited and not always easy to
gather. As well as the information included in this site,
our London office carries literature about Northern Cyprus;
from official Ministry of Tourism brochures and maps, to
publications such as visitors’ guide books and even
copies of the only professionally produced video ans DVD of the
region. In addition, all of our staff visit Northern Cyprus
regularly as part of their ongoing training. They will
be happy to answer any questions you may have and also
to recommend the best type of holiday to suit you. |

From the moment you arrive on holiday in Northern Cyprus, you
will be greeted by one of our smart, English speaking
representatives and transferred in air-conditioned
comfort. Our staff will accompany you and serve
complimentary refreshments during the short trip.
Shortly after your arrival, one of our resort representatives
will call on you to discuss the region and provide
you with information and friendly advice. Throughout
your stay, they will call on you every few days
and maintain a discreet but attentive presence.
Our local team is based in the Cyprus Paradise Customer
Relations Centre, which is located in Kyrenia town
and is available for the sole use of our clients.
Our staff are on hand every weekday during the season
and are trained to deal with all your requirements.
Their sole purpose is to ensure that your holiday
runs smoothly. The ideology of Cyprus Paradise is
firmly established in the minds (and the training)
of all of us; from our London based junior trainee, to our Kyrenia based Senior Resort Manager. We never forget that it is our clients
