Situated on the gentle slopes of the Kyrenia mountain range, is the Riverside Garden Resort. The villas are spread throughout the eight acres of fragrant gardens, simply awash with the colours of summer: the crimsons and mauves of bougainvillea, the brilliant whites of jasmine and the rich greens of countless varieties of plant-life. This family-run holiday resort is one of our most popular Kyrenia choices, and our guests always receive a warm welcome. It is popular with both couples and families, and caters for all tastes with an adults only pool, and one with water-slides for children of all ages.

Accommodation

Offer accommodation is based on one-bed roomed private villas scattered throughout the eight acres of fragrant gardens. Some two-bed roomed villas are also available that sleep 4 guests.

Each villa is well equipped with balcony and/or terrace, en suite bath or shower and WC, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, and kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Some of the villas are on one floor and others are duplex with a bedroom upstairs and lounge / sitting room area below.

Eating & Drinking Board Basis

Breakfast and dinner are usually served as an open buffet in the main resort restaurant. A supplement can be paid locally for a full English breakfast. There is also an a`la carte restaurant, which guests can use on payment of a supplement.

There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The Ranch Bar is open in the evenings during high season, with its cosy atmosphere and great views from the terrace.

In the village of Alsancak, close to restaurants and shops and 9 miles from central Kyrenia. The nearest beaches are 1 mile away and Riverside guests do not have to pay an entrance fee and can use loungers and shades free of charge. They can be reached by a free shuttle service. 45 minutes transfer from Ercan airport, 1 hr 25 minutes transfer from Larnaca airport.

We arrive at the Hotel on a sunny afternoon which made the resort looked much more beautiful than its pictures in the brochure. after quick check in process, we were in our villa. At Riverside Garden resort , you feel like you live in your own home and your garden and still have the hotel facilities. Food was very good and healthy. Our villa was cleaned everyday and People at reception was always there and helpful. We had a relax and a sleek holiday. we definitely coming back in summer. Perfect hospitality.

My wife and I have been staying at the Riverside for many years and it never disappoints us. The apartment has great views and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Two great swimming pools, one which is adults only and two good restaurants. Also appreciated is the shuttle bus which takes us to the local beach or to Girne.

Me and my family have been regular visitors to North Cyprus for the last 5 years. Our first stay was at the Riverside Garden Resort and we have never considered elsewhere as it is a family run hotel where they and their staff are very friendly. Furthermore, when we have requested a service, they have always done their utmost to accommodate requests made. The rooms are cleaned daily and car hire rates are very competitive. We have stayed in the superior villa's as well as the standard villa's and have found these both satisfactory…

We have been visiting this hotel over a 15 year period and will continue to use it. The staff are welcoming, the accommodation clean and comfortable (the refurbished rooms have been done very well). The garden areas round the villas are beautiful and help to muffle any noise coming from the common areas. The large separate children's pool is much appreciated as we are older travellers and value peace. The dining area is in a beautiful location and breakfast is a delight overlooking the view. We consider this hotel to offer excellent value for money.
